Ever Think About One-On-One Coaching?

Though I keep really busy I make time for a steady (but small), ongoing coaching practice. Right now I have 2 open spots available.
This will probably be the last of the clients I will accept for this year.
Flown by this year has hasn't it. Hard to believe we only have two months of 2018 left. Hope you had a Happy Halloween by the way.
Starting next year I'm raising my coaching fee so if you've been thinking about coaching let's talk. No point in paying more later when you can pay less now.
The great thing about coaching, especially when you find a great coach, is how quickly you can solve problems, move past obstacles, and overall accelerate progress rapidly in any area of your life.
I've had some great coaches in my life (and a few not so great coaches), but it was always worth it.
Some things that may take years to even realize and become conscious of, which is the first step to resolving it, can be elicited in just one session with a great coach.
From there you can work through whatever holds you back so that you can get to that next level in your life.
If you're interested in coaching with me we start with a 20 minute consultation (at no cost) just to make sure we're a good fit and also so that I can be sure that I can help you.
When someone asks for something inappropriate or I don't think I can help them I will decline or refer them to someone who I think can help them.
Remember I'm not a therapist so I don't take on clinical diagnoses. Also if you're not really interested in resolving a problem or achieving a goal and you're just wanting to feel better about a problem you don't intend to work through, I will decline those inquiries as well.
The client I'm looking for is someone who is ready to transform at the identity level even if the problem you want help with or the goal you want to achieve doesn't seem to be on the identity level.
Everything is connected to the identity so any time I help someone make a change I always guide them to connecting it to who they are.
Why do I do this?
It's the best way to create lasting change especially change that you don't have to consciously think about in order to make it happen.
The opposite of this would be affirmations, for example. Affirmations rarely help with creating real and lasting change and often have the effect of making you more self-conscious because you're repeating sentences about yourself over and over.
This is the opposite of the flow state. Think about the times where you had a great time at a social event or you performed at work or sports optimally. What did they have in common?
Lack of self-consciousness.
It's when you can relax into who you are, become present, and forget your ego (which is self-consciousness) that not only do you perform at your best, you enjoy life to the fullest.
Coaching people to reach their fullest potential is both a calling and a joy. It has been truly humbling to have helped countless people over the years and I look forward to helping countless more.
