How To Learn NLP & Hypnosis Rapidly

My collaboration with James Tripp continues with this video.
Too often I come across people who just want to learn NLP or Hypnosis and they're not sure why.
Not having an overall vision of the life you want to create for yourself will make your practice a bit random. Having a vision will align the practice, which will then build the skills you desire.
Visions are meant to be a bit vague. This gives you room to grow and change as you evolve.
In most cases people do have deeper reasons they want to learn NLP and Hypnosis, but they're not conscious of them.
Bring those reasons into consciousness and keep checking in with them and asking yourself if your practice is aligned with your vision.
If not, you know you need to make adjustments.
In the video James talks about a technique he used to learn NLP rapidly.
Once he was clear about the life he wanted to create for himself and his family, he created a list of NLP competencies and then ranked them in order of importance to achieving his vision.
Once he had this hierarchy of competencies he ranked his ability with each competency. This let him know where he was in his abilities and it gave him a way to prioritize his practice.
The list became his practice plan in other words.
Originally I did things a bit different and not quite as organized as James.
I followed my passion for learning NLP a bit blindly and as I acquired skills and understanding I was able to get clearer about what I wanted for my life and from there I created a vision, which now informs my practice to this day.
There's no exact right way to go about mastering NLP and Hypnosis other than constantly getting clear about what it is you want from learning it.
NLP and Hypnosis are systems that are meant to serve your life. They're not dogma or a religion to be followed either. Be careful not to fall into that trap.
If you find yourself geeking out on NLP and Hypnosis (like I did for years), that's okay, but trust that there's something deeper going on. There's a yearning for something and it's trying to express itself.
It's called your potential and if you ignore it, you're never going to be as satisfied and fulfilled with life as you will be if you answer its call.
