Overcome Fear of Failure & Become Unstoppable

What's one of the saddest things you see all around you everyday?
How fear keeps people from doing what they truly love. How it keeps them from creating what they want in life.
How it keeps them from fulfilling their true potential.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
Fear is actually an important part of you.
Is fear stopping you from looking for a better job,? Going back to school or starting a business? Is fear stopping you from approaching that beautiful woman you see at lunch and asking her out on a date?
Fear is the part of you that protects you. Fear alerts you to possible danger. It brings your attention to details that you should pay attention to.
Fear has its place in other words, but not as your master but rather as your servant.
Where does courage come from? Why do some people have it and others don't?
Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is doing something in spite of fear. When you do something courageous to fulfill one or more of your highest values, it will fulfill you on a deep level.
You'll want to do it more often.
Staying locked inside fear and never trying, is unfulfilling and painful.
So how do you transform fear into an ally rather than something that limits and controls you?
Reframe it.
The first reframe is to find its positive intent.
Instead of shunning the fear or trying to push it away, embrace it. Allow yourself to feel it and thank it for trying to help you. Then elicit it's positive intent. What is it trying to do for you in a positive way?
Understand that fear comes from projecting past failures and disappointments onto the future. This makes the future seem limited at best and scary at worst.
When you win or succeed, you often don't learn much. Nothing against winning and succeeding. It feels great, but it doesn't teach you much.
When you don't win though, now you can learn something. This is the second reframe.
But most of us don't do this.
Most of us feel overwhelmed with the pain of failure and disappointment. We don't even want to think about what happened. We don't want to revisit the details.
We push the pain away and with it a valuable lesson, but it's not lost for good. You can always go back and reframe it and extract gold.
Reframe your experiences as Winning or Learning. Drop the polarity of Winning or Losing.
Do both and something magical will start to happen.
Some of you noticed that Win or Learn is the name of the Live I did on Facebook and Youtube this past Saturday.
I will be doing this live every Saturday at 8 a.m. PST. I'll talk about Winning and Learning and how to achieve what you want even when you feel stuck in a valley or plateau.
And I'll be answering questions of course.
By the way, if you're serious about creating a vision for your life and making it happen... And you want help doing this, this is what the Life Mastery Membership program is all about.
Test drive it and if it's what you're looking for, pay only $49 a month. You'll get new lessons and hypnotic inductions every month.
And you'll also get ongoing support and group coaching calls.
This is a small investment in yourself that will pay dividends for years to come.
What is the difference between Cost and Price? I'll answer this on the live I do this Saturday on my Youtube channel and Facebook page.
